Live From Las Vegas Music Packaging

This is a series for Capitol Records of 8 Live CDs commemorating the Las Vegas Centennial. The objective was to create a contemporary look for the series, free of retro and kitsch elements, that would appeal to both younger audiences and the over-50 set already familiar with the music. Since we needed to incorporate live performance images of the artists, we developed a series that features bold colorful type that is inspired by show marquees.
