Watch Factory
Berkeley Investments came to Stoltze to create a visual brand for their large renovation development of the historic Waltham Watch Factory, including office, retail and residential spaces. The branding reflects both the history of the building and the contemporary living and work environments it encapsulates. Everything from the entry signs and banners to the way-finding and room numbers reflect the branding already expressed in the marketing materials we created. We also designed a permanent exhibit that showcases stories, artifacts and images of the original factory environment.
