Stoltze Design was engaged by New Atlantic Development and The Bozzuto Group to develop the branding, messaging, website, print and digital communications and environmental graphics for Girard, a new luxury residential property in Boston's trendy South End. Designed by Utile, the building features high-quality contemporary design that embraces a rich diversity of influences, from crisp geometric detailing to organic folk art.
The identity is intended to reference the timeless appeal of modern masters such as Charles and Ray Eames. As a nod to mid-century textile designs, we created a logo that can be translated into a pattern for applications ranging from marketing materials to wallpaper and signage. Our frequent collaborator Libretto provided naming and messaging concepts as well as copywriting for the communication materials and website.
Girard is currently leasing! For more information, please stop by the pre-leasing center at 600 Harrison Avenue or visit www.girardboston.com.
